Arizona is a Wonderful State

There's nothing like an Arizona sunset.

I enjoy the simple things in life. A beautiful sunset, a cool breeze, a sound sleep, the laughter of my children, and the pure love from my wife completes me. I enjoy my friends, my family, the love and support for each other, and all the great times we have shared. I graciously welcome all of the wonderful moments I get to share with my loved ones in the future.

Life's challenges never end and I have the faith and confidence in the future that things will always turn out just fine. No, I am not perfect, and I have my tough days, but I have relearned to believe in myself, believe in my loved ones who care for me, and never give up during the tough times.

The outdoors has always been my refuge. I love the openness and the beauty of this world. I am inspired by this awesome earth we live on. Enjoying my activities in the outdoors has been therapy.  I can't get enough of God's creation. Get out there!

The diverse state of Arizona is my home. The scenery can change in just an hour. From a ponderosa pine, to a saguaro, from the largest canyon in the world, to the majestic red rocks of Sedona, Arizona keeps giving. Did I mention Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday and the wild wild west? Oh yeah, and the Phoenix area is about 5 hours to San Diego and Vegas. Arizona has a curious Native American history and the best Mexican food in the southwest. I'll bet on that! Lost gold legends, ski slopes, incredible golf courses, oasis lakes, unique hikes, great fishing and hunting, passionate people, and the pleasant weather makes Arizona amazing. You need to enjoy our state. Get outside, breathe some Arizona air and love life!

Make sure to come back and enjoy my posts about the great times I have in Arizona. I enjoy: hiking, fly fishing, camping, quail hunting, golfing, mountain biking, cooking, sports, furniture refinishing, honey do's ;), and laughing with my loved ones. I want to teach, inspire, learn, and connect with new people who share my love for the outdoors. Join me.
